1. Returns
You may return an item within 3 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: If you paid via credit card, PayPal, or other online payment methods, the refund will be credited to the original method within 4 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Method: If you pay cash for your order, then you have to provide your bank details, and the refund will be credited to your bank within 4 business days.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Accounts@ekartindia.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at Accounts@ekartindia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Send the item back to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
